1. Unblock AI Crawlers in robots.txt

Every AI tool has its own bot — don’t block them (unless intentional):

2. Create llms.txt

llms.txt (proposed by Answer.AI in 2024) is “a sitemap for LLMs” — it tells AI which pages matter and what their content is.

3. Add Schema.org Structured Data

AI uses Schema to understand entities:

  • Organization / LocalBusiness identifies you
  • Service / Product describes what you sell
  • FAQPage AI loves for question answering
  • HowTo AI uses for step-by-step recommendations

4. Write “Citable” Content

AI prefers to cite content with:

  • Author bylines — name + credentials

AI won’t cite:

  • Generic content every site has

5. Pass E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)

AI — particularly Google AI Overview — uses E-E-A-T as a primary signal.

Experience — first-hand experience:

  • Photos from actual work.

Expertise:

  • Author bios with credentials.
  • Years of experience stated clearly.
  • Correct use of domain terminology.

Authoritativeness:

  • Backlinks from industry sites.
  • Mentions in news / industry reports.
  • Awards / certifications.

Trustworthiness:

  • HTTPS.
  • Clear About / Contact / Privacy.
  • Real address + phone.
  • Reviews + testimonials.

AI tracks mentions, not just links:

  • Community mentions (Pantip, Reddit, Quora).
  • Industry roundups (“Top SEO Agencies in Thailand”).
  • Podcast guest spots.
  • Conference speaker slots.
