1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Southern Whale's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide the following services:
- SEO Consulting and Implementation
- Web Development
- WordPress Development
- System Design and Automation
- Software Development
3. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to start work
- Remaining balance due before delivery
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, Credit Card, PromptPay
- Tax invoices available
4. Timeline and Delivery
Timeline depends on project scope as specified in the quotation. Delays must be notified at least 7 days in advance.
5. Warranty
- Free bug fixes for 30 days after delivery
- No Google ranking guarantee (depends on many factors)
- No responsibility if client modifies code
6. Intellectual Property
After full payment and delivery:
- Client owns Source Code
- Client owns Content
- We reserve right to showcase work in Portfolio
7. Cancellation
- Before work starts: 100% deposit refund
- During work: prorated based on progress
- After completion: no refund
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by:
- Google Algorithm changes
- Hacking due to client negligence
- Client's misuse
- Force majeure
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes shall first attempt amicable resolution, failing which shall be submitted to Thai courts.
